Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the content you create in your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may export your data prior to closing your account.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Cerebratech LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
