Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

All Solico Labs LLC products are digital and delivered electronically. This policy explains how delivery works and what to do if you don't receive your purchase.

1. Digital delivery

Every product we sell is delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping involved and no shipping cost applies to any order.

2. Delivery method

After payment is confirmed, access is provided through one of the following methods:

  • A download link sent to the email address used at checkout.
  • A secure download or access page displayed after purchase.
  • An account login granting access to the purchased tool or template.

3. Delivery time

Delivery is typically immediate. In rare cases — such as payment verification delays — delivery may take up to a few hours. If you have not received access within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

4. Access issues

If a download link expires, an email is lost, or you encounter a technical issue, contact support@solicolabs.us and we will resend or restore access at no additional cost.

5. No physical shipping

Solico Labs LLC does not sell or ship physical goods. Any reference to "delivery" on this website refers solely to digital delivery as described above.

6. Support

Our support team is available to help with any delivery-related issue. We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
