Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, this policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Nature of our products

All products sold by Solico Labs LLC are digital — including templates, downloadable files, and access to software tools. They are delivered electronically and made available immediately after payment is confirmed.

2. General refund rule

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise delivered, the purchase is generally considered final and is not eligible for a refund. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this.

3. When refunds are available

We will issue a refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Technical issue: if a product is materially defective or undeliverable and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • Non-delivery: if you did not receive access to your purchase and we cannot deliver it.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@solicolabs.us within 14 days of purchase. Please include:

  • Order number or transaction reference
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • A clear description of the issue

5. Review and processing

We review refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in suspension of access.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
